The Bookshop on the Corner by Jenny Colgan is a fun read perfect for spring or summer. Nina is a librarian who loves "literary matchmaking," or pairing a reader with the perfect book. When her library shuts down, she ventures to a tiny Scottish village where she buys a van and turns it into a bookmobile. As she connects with her new neighbors through the power of books, she also finds her own world broadening. This is a light, easy read that still has a lot of heart. I enjoyed the characters and descriptions of Scottish village life - and, of course, I identified pretty closely with Nina! -Stephanie
