Registration is open for Summer Reading!
All ages are welcome to sign up online this year. Sign up at home or at the library. 
Pick up your Summer Reading Bag or Folder at the front desk. Earn prize slips for each item checked out, for attending events, and for completing activities.  We will give away one weekly prize and multiple grand prizes at the End of Summer Reading Block Party July 19th!

Spotlight on Digital Resources
The State Library of Ohio, in collaboration with Ohio Ready to Read, offers Day By Day Ohio. The Day By Day Ohio Family Literacy Calendar can be used at home, in the classroom, or on the go. The community is welcome to join us for any or all of our special events for adults. We will host A Night with Elvis, two Author Visits, and a Music Trivia Night! You do not have to register for these events. Bring your friends!

These programs are free and open to the public.
 
A representative from The Shelby Museum of History will be presenting
"Shelby Tokens, Coins, and More".
Bring your local relics or metal detecting finds and see if they can be identified.
 
Ring Lardner, Collections Coordinator of the National Museum of the Great Lakes
will be presenting
"The Great Lakes Top 10: Our National Story".
Ring will talk about how the Great Lakes have shaped our nation's history.

Join us every Monday at 6:00 to walk to a destination in town, and learn more about our community. Some destinations are too far to walk to and tour, so we will meet at the site for a walking tour.

Please place all returns in our book drop located next to the front door. 
Pick-Up
 Pull into curbside pick-up parking and we will bring your items out to you.
Homebound Service
The Marvin Memorial Library's Homebound Program provides free delivery of library materials to homebound residents of Shelby, OH. If you are unable to visit the library due to: age, illness, surgery, physical disability, or lack of transportation, you are eligible for this Service.
