Library Appointments Make an appointment and enjoy the freedom of browsing the shelves. Spring titles are beginning to arrive and our New Books bookshelves are full! Make a 30 minute appointment by either calling 508.823.1344 or reserving a time online in our Events Calendar. We are limiting capacity at any one time to no more than 5 people, so you'll have space to move about freely. Curbside delivery continues for those who prefer this option. Grab & Go Craft - Watercolor Painting Learn the basics of watercolor painting as you blend colors to create a dove in flight, the symbol of peace. Sue St. Germain provides basic watercolor tray, paper, a drawing template, written step by step directions, colored photos of two possible finished paintings. You are encouraged to join us on Zoom to share your finished “masterpiece” and chat with Sue and friends about the experience on Wednesday, March 17 at 6:30 pm.

Make Your Own Bread Pick up a packet of yeast from the library and join us in discovering the joys of bread baking. Once you register, you'll receive some simple recipes and tips for baking bread. Pick up your yeast beginning Monday, March 8th. Join us on Zoom @ 6:30pm on March 23. We will talk about the experience of bread baking, what we made and anything we may have learned along the way.

Virtual Book Club The Virtual Book Club is a book discussion group that meets every second Tuesday evening of the month from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. If you enjoy reading on your personal device using either Hoopla or OverDrive, and meeting with others via the Internet, this is the group for you. Interested in joining? Pot of Gold Reading ChallengeA library leprecaun has left prizes for children who can meet our March reading challenge! Get to the end of the rainbow and win a prize. (and don't know it?)In anticipation of National Poetry Month, we're inviting all budding poets to submit a poem to be included in a zine that we'll publish in April, National Poetry Month. All ages are welcome. Pick-up an entry form in the library lobby, or use the online form. Entries should be returned by March 31.
