Find Your Voice: June 3 - July 29, 2023 This year's summer reading theme is "Find Your Voice". Here's how to participate in this year's summer reading program: • Visit any Pasadena Public Library site to sign up – it’s quick and easy. • Once you’re signed up, you’ll receive a Find Your Voice activity booklet to start your summer reading and learning journey. You’ll also get a free book to keep, just for joining (while supplies last). • Complete activities and keep track of them. • Receive prizes when you complete a milestone. You will also be entered in prize drawings. Lunch at the Library: Weekdays June 5 - July 28 This summer, Jefferson Branch Library will be serving free lunch for children and teens as part of the summer meals program, partnering with Pasadena Unified School District. Lunches are available on a first come, first served basis, as supplies last at Jefferson Branch Library. We’ll also feature a steam, craft, or music activity during the lunch period. Lunches are for ages 0-18.

Take & Make: Cherry Blossom Windsock Starting 05/01/2023 | Jefferson Branch Library Enjoy a blossoming windsock for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage month. Sign-ups begin May 1 at Signups begin immediately on May 1; no need to wait for libraries to open to sign up. Signups available through May 30, or while supplies last. Take & Make: Korean Norigae Starting 05/08/2023 | Santa Catalina Branch Library Norigae are good luck charms worn with the traditional hanbok.
