Adventure begins at your library. Children, teens, and adults are invited to stop by the library from June 17 to August 26 to register for our annual summer reading challenge and start earning free books. 
 Fantastic Fairy Houses are back! Starting May 28 at 9:00 a.m., we welcome you to once again join us as we celebrate the fairy folk of Marshfield! Register for your fairy house kit, then drop your masterpiece off at the library by June 8 to join in the fun! More information can be found on our website or by calling the library and speaking to the children’s librarians. The fairy house program is for all ages! Children, teens, adults and groups are all welcome and encouraged to join this creative program.

Fairy Storytime
Wednesday, June 5 & 12 from 11:00 - 11:45 a.m.
Join us for a fairy themed storytime and craft! No registration required, while supplies last. Stories vary; crafts remain the same.
Summer Reading Kickoff
Monday, June 17 at 10:00 a.m. 
The kids challenge is for birth to age 11. Sign up to start earning free books! Stop by to register for summer reading and enjoy some adventure themed crafts.
The Teen Zone and teen programs are open to folks ages 12-18. The Wave Makerspace is open to anyone by appointment - sign up today!

Library Prom
Saturday, June 8 from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m.
The Teen Zone of Ventress Memorial Library is throwing our second annual Library Prom! The theme for the evening is 70s disco and there will be a dessert table, Shirley Temple station, photo booth wall, and lots of dancing to fun music! Dress code is whatever makes you feel special! The event is completely free, but we ask that anyone attending register here so that we can make sure we have enough food!
