Rio Rancho Turns 40!
Rio Rancho has been a city for 40 years and, in 2021, we will honor and celebrate our past, present, and future with a variety of activities and events. Please celebrate with us by participating! Check back regularly for updated events.
Project Scrapbook
From February 22 through May 29, 2021, citizens can create a scrapbook page detailing their life in the City of Rio Rancho. From its incorporation in 1981 to today, the City has a rich history, and we want to see it! Collect a scrapbook starter kit from Loma Colorado Main Library (755 Loma Colorado Blvd), Esther Bone Memorial Library (950 Pinetree Rd), the Rio Rancho Aquatics Center (745 Loma Colorado Blvd), or M'tucci's Moderno (1908 Wellspring Ave). Complete your scrapbook page and return it to any location. All pages will be put in a physical and digital scrapbook.
Rio Rancho Restaurant Bingo was developed by the City of Rio Rancho’s Business Community & Economic Recovery Task Force as a way for citizens to support Rio Rancho businesses during the pandemic. It is an easy and fun way to not only eat great food and support local businesses, but also to win gift certificates ranging from $25 to $500 to even more Rio Rancho businesses.
Visit www.rioranchobingo.com, download bingo cards, make a purchase at the locations listed and complete one row on the bingo card to create a Bingo!, then upload pictures of receipts and your bingo cards. Ranging from alligator to bagels, breakfast, burritos, burgers to pasta, pizza, and pho across Rio Rancho’s 90+ eateries, there are plenty of ways to black out your bingo card. It’s never been easier to show your support and earn great prizes! For more information about the game, including rules and prize giveaways, please visit www.rioranchobingo.com.
