Hoopla & Kanopy

Q: Why can't I can't access Hoopla and Kanopy with my eCard?

A: ECards are meant to be a temporary way to start using the Library online; not all services are available with an eCard. To upgrade your eCard to an all-access classic card, visit any of our 14 locations and present your photo ID. We'll make your new card right away!

Have questions about getting an all-access card? Contact any of our 14 locations.

Q: Why did Hoopla give me a message that I can't borrow anything because my library has reached its limit?

A: Hoopla's instantly available content is very popular, and to keep our costs down, we've had to put a limit on each day's overall usage. This resets daily, so we suggest checking back.

For more great digital content, try cloudLibrary, Libby, Kanopy, and The Shelf.
