Join us for a day celebrating local authors and their work. Over 30 local authors will read from, sell, and sign their books. This event will culminate with a special appearance by New York Times bestselling and former local author Willy Vlautin. Registration is required.

Downtown Reno Library | Historian Chuck Weller will relate stories of the Reno Army Air Base and other military presence in the city, a Japanese balloon bomb shot down over Reno, the gift to Admiral William “Bull” Halsey, Jr. of a saddle from the war bond buyers of Washoe County, and more.
