On the Shelf/On the Kids' Shelf Your Washoe County Library librarians are hitting the airwaves with a new radio series on KUNR! On the Shelf airs each Monday at 6:42 a.m. and 8:42 a.m. during Morning Edition. Listen in for reading recommendations and catch the latest in book news. Then join us during Here & Now on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:04 a.m. for On the Kids' Shelf, a quick, two-minute segment that includes an engaging book talk, a fun activity, and some early literacy tips for families.
