Nevada Historical Society presents Neal's guest this month is Joyce Cox who will discuss how Reno and Northern Nevada were advertised and promoted from the 1920s through the 1970s. Publicists used booklets, pamphlets, billboards, television and radio commercials, and even special events to promote the area.
