Nevada Historical Society presents High Noon with Neal Cobb Thursday, October 21, noon Neal will be joined by Larry Kirk, who will share the story of the volunteers who served more than six million service men and women during World War II in North Platte, Nebraska. The North Platte Canteen remains the single biggest movement of volunteerism in the United States to date.
