Book Drop ClosuresTwo of our automated book drops will be closed for maintenance this weekend. The Downtown Reno Library's will be unavailable on Saturday, September 18, from approximately 2 pm to 8 pm. The Incline Village Library's will be unavailable Sunday, September 19, from 6 am to 6 pm. If you need to return materials during these times, please do so at one of our other branches.

On the Shelf/On the Kids' Shelf Your Washoe County Library librarians are hitting the airwaves with a radio series on KUNR! On the Shelf airs each Monday at 6:42 a.m. and 8:42 a.m. during Morning Edition. Listen in for reading recommendations and catch the latest in book news. Then join us every Monday and Wednesday at 11:04 am during The Takeaway and again at 3:48 pm during All Things Considered for On the Kids' Shelf, a quick two-minute segment that includes an engaging book talk, fun activity, and some early literacy tips for families.
