Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is now available to families in Northern Nevada.
The Imagination Library is a book gifting program that mails free, high-quality, age-appropriate books to children from birth until their fifth birthday.
This program is made possible by the Northern Nevada Reading Coalition, a group of community partners committed to early childhood literacy in Northern Nevada. |

There are still a couple days left in this month's Friends of Washoe County Library book sale.
As always, the sale is in the Reno Town Mall, next-door to the Sierra View Library. There is a large selection of books, DVDs, CDs, and VHS tapes at very reasonable prices. The money raised through this sale will be used to fund library resources and services.
