On the Shelf/On the Kids' Shelf Your Washoe County Library librarians are hitting the airwaves with a new radio series on KUNR! On the Shelf will air each Monday at 6:42 and 8:42 during Morning Edition. Listen in for reading recommendations and catch the latest in book news. Then join us during Here & Now on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:04 for On the Kids' Shelf, a quick, two-minute segment that includes an engaging book talk, a fun activity, and some early literacy tips for families.
