February 2020
Community Library Supervisor
 Hello West Slope community!

This month we are rolling out a change in order to better serve you!

When analyzing our circulation data we consistently see that our busiest times in the library are from 2-4pm each day!

In order to have more staff available and to ensure wait times are at a minimum during the busiest times we've modified our desk schedules to have at least two people always available between 2-4pm on the checkout desk.

In order to accomplish this change to our desk schedule some library staff and volunteers had to adjust their daily schedules and I am grateful that they were willing to do so.

Until next time,
Kristen
