Hello! You might remember from the last newsletter that our carpet shipment was delayed. What you might not know is that when they started to remove the old carpet, the old glue caused damage to the floor. Good news, the floor is now fixed, and the new carpet looks great! We are working on deliveries for new office furniture, new circulation desk, bookshelves, lockers, computer tables, and new comfy seating . The final floor boxes with electrical outlets for tables and chairs will be installed. Electrical inspection will be the last hurdle before we can bring back the boxes with all our books and media.

We will soon be unpacking boxes, fine-tuning our new workflows, and getting ready to resume in-person library services on June 1. In our May newsletter, we will preview what services will be available when we return. We are so excited that we will get to see you again soon. Take care, Kristen |
