Curbside Pickup is here! Beginning June 22, Piermont-owned materials will be available for curbside pickup. Use the online catalog, call us at (845) 359-4595 or email us at info@piermontlibrary.org to place a hold! Once your hold is placed, please book a pickup time slot using the link on our home page, or by clicking HERE. The outside book drop will be open and staff will begin processing your returns. Please understand that items will be quarantined when received and may not be removed from your record immediately. No fines will be accrued for items at this time.

Adult Craft Class: Disney Style! Thursday, July 2, 1 - 2 p.m. Join us for a live virtual Adult Craft Class and create a flower collage from colored paper inspired by Disney artist Mary Blair. Mary Blair (1911 - 1978) worked on Disney classic films and books such as Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, and Cinderella and Disneyland attractions including It's a Small World. Adult Create and Sip: Disney Style! Thursday, July 16, 7 - 8 p.m. Our popular Create and Sip events have gone virtual! Join us for a live virtual Adult Create and Sip Class on Thursday, July 16th from 7 - 8/ 8:30 p.m.! We will be creating a colored paper castle collage inspired by Disney artist Mary Blair. Participants will receive a goody bag with a mini bottle of wine, individual bag of chocolates, and colored paper for the project.

Yoga In Quarantine Wednesdays, July 1st, 15th, and 29th, 2:00 - 3:15 p.m. Join us for our Yoga in Quarantine series! Every-other-week, we will have yoga instructors sharing beginners' yoga that you can do right from your living room. Relax and refresh!

Online Wellness Workshop with Dr. David Klayman Tuesday, July 21st, 2;00 - 3:00 p.m. In this important workshop, we teach three important things. #1: How to safely strengthen your bones even if you already have Osteoporosis. #2: How to prevent Osteoporosis by strengthening your bones now. #3: How to reduce the risk of fractures from falling by improving your balance, posture, and muscle strength.

Summer Distance Art Classes, Grades 1 - Adult July 2020 Join us for Summer Distance Art Classes for Kids with Alexis Starke! For July, we will be taking inspiration from the art and animation of Disney Studios and learning about some of the great Disney artists! Adults are welcome to join in the older class and little siblings might like to take part too. We're flexible! To register, please email astarke@piermontlibrary.org Each week we will email a new lesson plan that you can complete independently (but feel free to reach out for help/ advice anytime). When you are finished, email us your project and we will share through our social media AND enter you in our weekly Art Supplies Raffle!
