ILS AGREEMENT AND
IT SERVICES CONTRACT
How does the new model work?
ILS and IT Services afford these three benefits,
along with many others:
The RCLS ILS Agreement provides
a robust, individually branded, customizable catalog of materials for member library patrons in
the RCLS Service Area, achieving
cost savings driven by economies of scale
The RCLS IT Services Contract provides a supported member library with a Menu of Services from which they may select their preferred
level of service as a
Hybrid or Fully-Supported library environment
A powerful marriage of discrete services with an emphasis on cybersecurity
RCLS provides support via phone, onsite visits or online to assist your library in serving your community members
