The Cobourg Public Library Board makes a positive impact in the Cobourg and Hamilton Township Communities. 

The Board is responsible for making informed decisions that focus on matters of governance, including library strategy and oversight, CEO support and oversight, financial stewardship and accountability, policy framework, advocacy, and more.

The Town of Cobourg needs additional rental housing options.  Secondary units create much needed rental housing and can assist current homeowners offset the cost of their mortgage, or help seniors age in place.  
If you are thinking of developing a secondary unit in your home, you may qualify for incentives through the Town of Cobourg's Affordable and Rental Housing Community Improvement Plan.

If you live in Cobourg, Hamilton Township or the Municipality of Port Hope you can now renew your membership online, over the phone or in person for 3 years!  Once staff verify or update your contact information, your membership will be valid for 3 years.

This change will not affect Non-Resident, Visitor, Computer-Use or E-Card memberships.
