Kids, teens, and adults can all use our online forms to jumpstart the process of getting a library card without making a trip to the library. Residents of Northampton, Florence, and Leeds may apply for a card. Online applicants will receive a temporary Forbes Library card by email that can be used to place holds, and access online resources such as e-books, e-audio and databases. A physical card will be mailed to you. You can use your card number as soon as you receive the email, but please allow a few days for staff to process your request.
