Comic-Con is back!

Comic-con is a free, all-ages, one-day event focused on all things comics, art, and animation. From strips to graphic novels, fanart and cosplay, to professional creators, we've got something for every fan.

Join us for a full day of fun featuring renowned authors/artists and other special guests, including panels and talks, workshops, book and comic sales, an artist alley and a vendor hall.

Westward Bound: African-American Country Music History & Cowboy Lore Exhibit

The Westward Bound exhibit will be on display at the Central Library until December 14.

Westward Bound explores the history of Black cowboys in the United States and celebrates African-American musicians in country music.

Celebrate National Novel Writing Month with dedicated space for adults and separately for teens to write, world build, share work with each other, and learn from seasoned authors of many backgrounds and genres.

Expect light snacks, official swag from Berkeley Public Library, Novel In November, CA Film & Cultural Center, and NaNoWriMo, plus on-demand book talks, a curated collection of borrowable books, and some tools to help you make and maintain your creations.
