This message is for the pre-designated Essential Caregivers for JMPC
as well as anyone 80 years and older.
 
For those essential caregivers who still need/want their FIRST DOSE OF COVID-19 vaccine, please see options below for booking at central clinics.  
 
Please note that these bookings are for first doses only.  The Ministry of Health has advised that all second doses, except for residents of long term care and retirement homes, be extended to 16 weeks.  This will free up thousands of doses across the province to allow more Ontarians to be provided with first doses.

IMPORTANT: Booking links MUST NOT be shared. Please only book one appointment.
Please do not double book appointments.
 
We have been asked to remind registered essential caregivers to read through the forms in the booking confirmation email carefully and complete the consent form to bring with them to their appointment (if possible), as well as complete the screening questions ahead of the appointment.
