Our new Child and Youth Services Librarian has been hired--and she's a familiar face! Jennifer Whipp has worked at GPL for the past five summers providing programming to children in-person and virtually. Amongst her qualifications, Jennifer has both a Bachelor and a Master of Education from Lakehead University as well as her Teacher Librarian Qualification from Western University. Her most recent library experience was as the MakerPlace Coordinator with the Midland Public Library. We are extremely excited to say that as of April 12 she has started as the full-time Child and Youth Services Librarian here at GPL!
