Enjoy an hour of knitting, crocheting, crafts and conversation. All levels welcome. This workshop will be in Meeting Room 2.
The goal of this session is to balance body and mind wellness along with cultivating qualities like resilience, presence, and compassion.
A meditation session will start with 5 minutes of relaxation practices followed by 20 minutes of mindful movements and end with 20 minutes of mindful compassion meditation practice. Anyone, who would like to practice being present, calm, and centered are welcome to join.
No longer the hidden gem of the wine world, New Jersey’s wineries are exploding in popularity and quality. Jersey’s native son, globe traveling wine taster, winegrower, and author Bart Jackson will guide you through the wines and wineries of the Garden State. His vivid descriptions, historical and factual data about the vineyards, index of the owners’ most prized wines, list of unique vintages, and depictions of special events will entice you to hit the wine trail. Bart can also provide directions and day-size wine trail clusters for those looking for a fun weekend activity.
Bart Jackson is author of numerous books, including Garden State Wineries Guide: The Tasteful Traveler’s Handbook to the Wineries and Vineyards of New Jersey.
This program will take place in Meeting Room 1. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
Empower yourself with a new sense of awareness and confidence through RAD women, a national self-defense course for women. Learn to be more aware of potential danger and how to protect yourself through this basic self-defense course.
This 12 hour multi-session, activity-based program includes lectures, safety drills muscles memory work, and physical defense techniques.
This basic course is designed for every women regardless of physical fitness and age. Dress in sneakers and comfortable clothing. No prior experience necessary.

The audience will enjoy (and be impressed by!) the talents of Princeton High School's student a capella groups The Cats Meow, Around Eight, and Cloud Nine as they sing a variety of pop songs in the a capella style.
Learn all about how to use your iPhone or iPad! In this workshop we will discuss all the new features and benefits of iOS 16 along with the general uses of an iPhone! No experience is necessary but it is recommended to have an Apple iPhone or Apple iPad to attend this workshop.
Discuss your recent reads with fellow bibliophiles. This discussion group promises thought-provoking and engaging discourse. Meets the 4th Monday of the month in Meeting Room 3.

The Battle for the Ballot in NJ

Cranburian Eugene Mazo, a nationally recognized expert in election law and a professor at Seton Hall Law School, will lead a discussion, ahead of our state primary elections, about New Jersey's controversial primary ballot design. Professor Mazo will explain how New Jersey's unique system works, what the stakes are for voters, and what is being done to reform it. If you are interested in furthering democracy, you won't want to miss this talk. Located in Meeting Rooms 1 + 2.
