Read to Win! Download the reading log, then colour a sun each time you read or are read to for 20 minutes. When the sheet is full, or at the end of the month email a photo or scan of your progress to us at programming@middlesex.ca to be entered into a prize draw! Printed copies are available at all curbside pickup locations.

Follow the book How Do You Wokka-Wokka by Elizabeth Bluemle beginning July 6 in Strathroy at Alexandra Park, entering off of Caradoc Street.

Parkhill featuring The Color Monster Follow the book The Color Monster by Anna Llenas starting July 6 in Parkhill on the Parkhill Rail Trail, starting in front of the Shared Services Building (library).

Thorndale featuring You Hold Me Up Follow the book You Hold Me Up by Monique Gray Smith starting July 6 in Thorndale. Find the story on the sidewalk in front of the Thorndale Community Centre at Queen Street and Fairview Road (near the Thorndale Park and Splash Pad).

Stroller Walks
Join the EarlyON Team for some fresh air and exercise while meeting other parents. Babies and siblings welcome in stroller or wagon. We will respect physical distancing during our walk.

Little Babes Park Program
This program is intended for infants under the age of 12-months. Each program will offer a play opportunity for infants and their caregivers at designated play pods that are respective of physical distancing.

Open Spaces Outdoor Adventures
Join us as we enjoy free play and adventures in learning in the great outdoors. We will let your child(ren) take the lead in these nature-based programs. Intended for children 2 to 6 years.

Play & Learn Park Programs
Join us in the park for play-based learning opportunities that can be enjoyed at designated play pods that respect physical distancing. Intended for children 2 to 6 years.

Summer Tales Virtual Storytime
Join us for Summer Tales each week and enjoy stories, songs, rhymes and more! Every Monday at 8:00am we will post a new Summer Tales video on our Facebook page. For ages 2-6.

Budding BookwormsJoin Tammy for Budding Bookworms: A Visual Storytelling Adventure! In each adventure, we make a favourite picture book come to life on the screen and then introduce you to some Storybook Stars. Send us a photo of your pet to programming@middlesex.ca by July 16 to have them featured in our August video.

Build a Reading FortUsing items from around your house (sheets, blankets, pillows, and cushions, etc.) build yourself a cozy reading fort with a caregiver to enjoy some of your favourite books in! Send us a photo of your fort by email at programming@middlesex.ca and be entered to win a prize package!
