Warmer weather calls for simple, and cool, recipes. White BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwiches fit that perfectly. What is white barbecue? It’s a mayonnaise-based sauce from Alabama. But it doesn’t taste like mayonnaise. It adds flavor and moisture and is something completely different from what you expect in a barbecue sauce. These sandwiches use shredded rotisserie chicken, so there’s no need to heat up the kitchen. My favorite thing about this recipe? If you have any leftovers, toss the chicken and the sauce with cooked pasta for a completely different meal. the recipe!
