MOZARTIANA WITH SANDY PUTNAM. The glorious saga of Mozart. The gifted five year old boy playing skilled piano for the French and English Kings, plus Habsburg Empress Maria Theresa, onto whose lap he jubilantly jumped when finished! Then, the young teenager composing opera in Italy including one for The Pope. Finally, the young man's famously colorful and productive years in music-happy and palace-intrigued Vienna. And also of course his music: single draft compositions that his greatest biographer labeled "seemingly sent down direct from Heaven." Putnam colors all the exploits, and comments on selected music of his forever favorite composer. Sun, Feb 25 @ 2pm
