Beginners 3D Printing Class for AdultsSaturdays, 2, 9, 16, & 23 2:30 - 3:30 pmThis introductory class is for adults to learn 3D Printer operations and the CAD system. They can also design 3-dimensional objects for the 3D printer and then print their creations. Registrants MUST bring their own laptop to participate. Registration is required, space is limited! *

Tuesdays, 5 & 19, 6:30 – 7:30 pm Classes are led by a certified yoga instructor and are geared toward beginners, but all adults are welcome regardless of experience. *

Thursdays, February 14, 21, & 28, 7 – 8 pm. Class includes mantra chanting to focus the mind, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation to relieve fatigue and pain. Please come comfortably dressed with extra layers and your own yoga mat or any other optional props such as pillows, blankets, etc. that will keep you comfortable.

Active Aging - Fitness with Bob Tuesday, February 26, 1 – 2 pm Want to exercise? Come and enjoy a stretching, low-impact, balance-oriented program designed by Certified Fitness instructor Bob Kirby. Bob's program incorporates music, yoga and FUN while focusing on posture, mobility, flexibility, strength and meditation. Please bring a water bottle and let's get MOVING! As with any exercise program, check with your healthcare provider to make sure you are able to participate. *
