Classic Movie Matinee: The Wizard of Oz (1939) Tuesday, September 10, 2:00 pm A young farm girl and her little dog are magically transported into the enchanted land of Oz via a Kansas tornado. As they travel down Oz's Yellow Brick Road to find the wizard and ask him to send them home, they encounter a wonderful, funny, terrifying, and ultimately, enlightening group of characters human and otherwise. The Home Buying Process from A to Z Thursday, September 19, 7:00pm In this workshop you will learn about the home buying process from start to finish: costs, process, timeframe, and what to expect. You will learn why and how your credit is important, find out about the various types of financing programs available, how to determine if buying a home is right for you, and when the right time is. There will also be information about finding the incentives and grants for first-time home buyers, the current real estate market, and how it may affect your home-buying experience.
