Common Mistakes Families Make as a Loved One Ages Tuesday, June 5, 7:00 pm Common mistakes discussed will cover gifting the home to children, hiring undocumented home help, assuming Medicare will pay for long-term care, and having a joint account with an adult child. Using these common mistakes as a springboard for discussion, attendees leave with a better understanding of how decisions they make now could affect their potential eligibility for Medicaid further down the road.
