Yoga for Beginners Mondays, October 1, 15, 22 & 29, 6:00pmJackie George, certified yoga instructor, RYT 200, continues her eight-week series of gentle stretch yoga classes. If you would like to learn the basic poses typically performed in a yoga class and have them explained to you so you feel more comfortable taking yoga, this series is for you! Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a towel or yoga mat. Class is limited to 15 participants. Class dates are October 1, 15, 22 & 29, & November 5, 19 & 2. Participants must register for each class in the series.
