Yoga Nidra Thursdays, February 6, 13, 20, & 27, 7:00 – 8:00 pm February’s theme is “Unconditional Self-Love.” Class includes mantra chanting to focus the mind, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation to relieve fatigue and pain. Please come comfortably dressed with extra layers and your own yoga mat or any other optional props such as pillows, blankets, etc. that will keep you comfortable.

Come and enjoy a stretching, low-impact, balance-oriented program designed by Certified Fitness instructor Bob Kirby. Bob's program incorporates music, yoga and FUN while focusing on posture, mobility, flexibility, strength and meditation. Please bring a water bottle and let's get MOVING!
