Miami Meadows Park
Join us for a fun-filled Summer Reading Kickoff Party at the Miami Meadows Park from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturday, June 1 with the Goshen and Miami Township Branch Libraries. Award-winning magician, Jason Jacobs will astound us with his high-energy, interactive magic show! Kids can visit with super heroes creating balloon animals during the party. Felicity Branch Library
Help us kick off Summer Reading at the
Felicity Branch Library with a special petting zoo visit from 1-3 p.m., Saturday, June 1. Jungle Island Zoo offers an entertaining and educational exotic animal encounter for all ages. Observe, pet, and feed rare and unusual animals from around the world. Interact with mini zebu, alpacas, mini sheep, kangaroos, mini goats, and more! No need to sign up – just visit and have fun!

Bethel Branch Library
Bring the kiddos to the
Bethel Branch Library for our annual Summer Reading Carnival, Tuesday, June 4, 12:30-4:00 p.m. Award-winning magician Jason Jacobs performs at 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. We’ll also have games, prizes, crafts and snacks. Fun for all ages!

New Richmond Bandstand
Kick-off Summer Reading in style at our New Richmond Branch Library Carnival! Join us for a FREE special event at the New Richmond Village Bandstand from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, June 4. Enjoy face painting, a bubble station, games, snacks and much more! Kids and adults can also sign up for our summer reading program while enjoying a snow cone from Kona Ice. Veterans Memorial Park
Kick-off summer Reading with the library! Celebrate the start of Summer Reading with an outdoor extravaganza at Veterans Memorial Park, Wednesday, June 5, 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
This free, family-friendly event features musical entertainment with Joel the Singing Librarian and the band Hickory Robot. Enjoy a sweet treat from Kona Ice or Mister Softee. Enjoy face painting, games, and more! Bring a picnic blanket or lawn chairs for the concert.
In case of rain, please check the Library’s website or Facebook page. The carnival may be moved to the Union Township Branch Library, 4450 Glen Este-Withamsville Road, depending on weather.
