Reading Buddies Tuesdays,Thursdays and Saturdays Reading Buddies is a literacy-based program for struggling readers in grades 1-4. It helps to foster a positive relationship with books in a supportive, no pressure environment. Author Visit - Brian Knowler On the Other Side of Broken - One Cop's Battle with the Demons of PTSD Thursday, March 30th, 7 to 8 pm Brian Knowler was the first police officer at the scene of a fatal collision. The driver who died was a close friend of Brian's and died while Brian was attempting to save his life. Brian struggled for 8 years while his personal and professional life crashed around him until he finally admitted that he had a problem. Brian will tell his story and share his book.
