Marigold Library System & Strathmore Municipal Library Clarification Spring is in the air, and as construction season has ramped up, we have had many questions about the new Marigold Library System building and what it means for our library and community. To help clear up the confusion, we worked together Marigold’s CEO, Michelle Toombs, and their Communications and Marketing Specialist, Miriam Thompson to explain the role of a Library System and how it compares to the role of a public library.

RBDigital Magazines Transferred to OverDrive The RBDigital magazine transfer to Libby/OverDrive took place on March 15. You now have access to the large RBDigital magazine collection through the TRAC OverDrive website or through the Libby app. Once in the OverDrive platform, magazines will be available for unlimited simultaneous access with no circulation caps. Effective March 31, the RBdigital app is discontinued.

Lynda.com transitions to LinkedIn Learning Lynda.com transitioned over to LinkedIn Learning on March 22, 2021. With this transition you will still be able to see your course history from Lynda.com, but you will also now have access to over 16,000 courses in 7 different languages. Patrons will not be required to have a LinkedIn profile to login, rather they can login with their library card and PIN. This eResource helps anyone learn business, software, technology and creative skills to achieve personal and professional goals. The video library contains thousands of engaging, top-quality courses taught by recognized industry experts.
