Help Us Create the Our Time Together Cookbook Calling all community members! We need your favourite child-friendly family recipes to share. If selected, your recipe will become part of the Foothills Children's Wellness Network cookbook which will be distributed at local area events. Recipes should be: - simple enough to allow for little helpers to assist
- healthy and tasty

Find out what it's like to spend 12 days rafting down this mighty river system from Dalton Post, Yukon to the Gulf of Alaska, travelling through tight canyon rapids at the start to avoiding ice burgs at the end.
