Residents are invited to “Renter's Rights 101”, a FREE online informational session, where participants will learn about a wide variety of topics such as lease basics, reasonable accommodations and modifications, deposits, repairs, eviction, and updates on recent Colorado legislation on housing matters. This event is brought to you by the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado Legal Services, the Justice Center, and PPLD. Participants will be emailed a Zoom link after they register.
