Locomotion: The Science & Circus Arts Show

National Juggling Champion and movement artist Peter Davison presents juggling, unicycling, balancing, acrobatics, and more, while teaching the science behind the artistry. Peter mixes awesome circus skills with dance and physical theater in a unique presentation that addresses human and machine locomotion, Newton's Laws of Motion, center of gravity, gyroscopic action, centrifugal and centripetal forces, friction, and other physical phenomena.
Presented on the third Friday of every month, our Homeschool Science @ East program offers an engaging variety of learning experiences for homeschooled students of all ages. This is a family program so parents are expected to accompany their students and participate.
No registration is required.

The Colorado Springs Mini Maker Faire will feature about 50 hands-on experiences for all ages. It is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and love sharing what they do.
