Santina's Sendoff
Join us on December 12 from 7-8pm to celebrate Santina's work here as our first Writer-in-Residence. During her 6 month residency, Santina has developed and supported multiple programs in the Library and in the community, as well as encouraging many local writers in their projects. She's provided a valuable service and we'll miss her smiling face on Saturdays and Mondays!

Seniors Wanted! Bridging the Gap is an opportunity to spend an hour every second week doing crafts, reading stories, and playing games with preschoolers. We'll have some free refreshments for seniors to enjoy along with their free library cards. Drop by between 2-3 pm on December 4 and 11, or between 10-11 am on December 22 and 29.

You will need to provide proof of your birth date or birth year in order to receive a free library card or a free library card renewal. Applies to all 60+ Town of Hinton residents and those 60+ Yellowhead County residents who live in the Hinton Municipal Library service area – ask us if you’re not sure if this applies to you.
