Library story time programs encourage children to develop a love of reading by presenting them with stories and activities in a fun, energetic environment. When kids see others excited about reading, it sets a positive example and encourages them to pick up books on their own.
Rhyme Time, Toddler Time, and Story Time are presented several times a week throughout the year. Family Story Time is presented once a week on Mondays at 6:30 pm. Visit our Story Time Events Calendar to view the current schedule. If you value the importance of early literacy, we hope you will consider sponsoring a Story Time. You can sponsor for a week, a month, or even a year! For more information, and to get pricing information for each sponsorship level, download our Story Time Sponsor Brochure.

Our display this month features hand-made items from the Susquehanna Sewing Guild. Once a year, the members are given a challenge to create something based on a certain material or theme. This year, they were told to use a piece of ribbon, lace, or trim on any item. Stop by this month to enjoy their creativity and see each member’s interpretation of the challenge.
