Don't Have a Library Card?

Even though physical libraries in Cumberland County are closed, the Cumberland County Library System offers an array of online services that can be accessed with a Cumberland County Library System card. Don't have a library card? Fill out the online form and get a barcode and PIN so that you can access our online services. Please be patient  -- this is not an automated system. Library staff will set up your account as soon as possible. Full details are available here.

If you already have a library card with our system, please do not use this form to get a new card. If you are having trouble accessing our services because you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can reset your PIN provided you have an email address associated with your account.
