"A long time ago...." It's been 43 years since the first Star Wars movie came out. That was followed by multiple movies, books, TV shows, graphic novels, and more. Here’s your chance to show off your knowledge! Cheaters Never Prosper hosts the game, and we will email gift cards to the winning team! Only 25 people can sign up, and your entire household can play under one sign-up. Please register online.

News and Notes
Our display case this month is filled with beautiful and colorful items found at Ten Thousand Villages, located on Gettysburg Pike in Mechanicsburg. Their inventory includes baskets, blankets, jewelry, ceramic ware, and other lovely items. From communities throughout the developing world, every inspired design is crafted with love using local materials (usually natural or recycled) and time-honored skills by makers they have known and worked with for years. There’s plenty of great Christmas gift ideas, too!
The bin may be gone, but your donations can still support Simpson Library. Simply take your donation to your local Community Aid store and advise them that the proceeds go to the Joseph T. Simpson Public Library. Community Aid will donate $0.06/lb of clothing collected to the library.
If you shop at Amazon, use AmazonSmile, select Joseph T. Simpson Public Library, and 0.5% of your eligible purchase prices will be donated to Simpson Library.
Local businesses are supporting Simpson Library's events all year round by becoming Library Pillar Sponsors. Thank you Buhrig Funeral Home & Crematory/Buhrig’s Gathering Place, Fry Communications, Members 1st Federal Credit Union, and West Shore Home LLC for being 2020 Library Pillar Sponsors! We are grateful for your generous support!
The Friends of the Simpson Library support the library with fundraising activities, community activities, library programs, and advocacy for quality library service.
