I'm leading a book discussion this month and was looking for new ideas for discussion questions and came across this great list from Book Riot. There are many book clubs in our area so feel free to share this with your clubs. I am an avid reader of fiction and mystery books in a series and a big fan of FictFact and What's Next? for finding the order of books in a series. It's amazing how long some authors are able to continue a specific series. As we enter the beginning of the busy holiday seasons these next two months, I hope you will still find some time to enjoy a good book, or two, or more! Sue Erdman, Executive Director 717-766-0171

InfoTrac Student Edition High school students working on a research project will want to check out InfoTrac Student Edition. A basic search returns results from magazines, journals, newspapers, and reference books, making it easy to find authoritative content. You can narrow your results to find articles more specific to your topic, or try out the topic finder, which groups commonly occurring themes to reveal connections between search terms. When you find an article you want to save for later, InfoTrac offers multiple options. Besides printing it, you can log into your Google or Microsoft account to share, save, or download. The work of creating citations is also done for you, and citations can be exported to an array of citation management tools. Find InfoTrac Student Edition in the list of databases under the “Collections and Services” menu on our Website.
