Got Tax Forms? Yes, but not as many as in past years. We were notified by the IRS in January that they are not able to supply public libraries with as many forms and instruction booklets this year due to budget cuts. The only forms we have received are 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ. We will not receive any instruction booklets for these three forms this year. You can view and download forms or order tax products to be delivered to your home using these links or phone number. - IRS.gov/Forms to view and download
- IRS.gov/orderforms to order tax products to be delivered by mail
- 1-800-829-3676 to order tax products to be delivered by mail
We will be receiving a notebook of master forms that can be photocopied for 25 cents per page but we haven’t received it yet and don’t know when it will be shipped to us. Don’t wait until the last minute to visit the library to get your tax forms.
