February is Library Lovers Month!
|
|
|
Celebrate Library Lovers Month! Love is in the air this February! February is Library Lovers Month, and what a great time to think about why you love your public library. Here are a few reasons to love the Southwest Georgia Regional Library System: - Escape from the weather! (Too hot, too cold, too wet!)
- Plan a vacation from Australia to Zimbabwe, and everywhere in between.
- Listen to books on CD that the whole family can enjoy on that long drive to Grandma's house.
- Help your blind and/or physically handicapped friend and/or family member sign up for services at the Southwest Georgia Library for Accessible Services.
- Learn more about the stars - with astronomy guides or Hollywood biographies.
- Learn the best ways to train your puppy, pet, or even your iguana.
- Find out which books are AR books for your school.
- Find a new job using the library's computers.
- Purchase used books and help support the library.
- Obtain a Park Pass to visit any of Georgia's state parks for free.
These are just a few reasons to love your library. Visit us at any of our locations in February and tell us why you love your library!
