Picking Up Holds? - Starting September 8, 2020, email and text messages will be going out again for Holds that are picked up in Agawam.
- Please do NOT come in the day you get your notice. We still need time to process your items, so your items will be ready the day AFTER notices go out.
- All holds can be picked up in the lobby. They will be checked out to you and put in a brown paper bag with your name on it. All the bags will be on tables inside the front door, arranged alphabetically.
- Bags can be picked up any day that we are open-no appointment necessary.
- You are always welcome to make an appointment to come in on browsing day, but your hold(s) will be waiting for you in the lobby.
|
Items Still On Your Card? - When you return your item(s) to the library, they are put into our quarantine room for one week.
- They will not be taken off your record right away.
- But don't worry. We are not charging fines for any Agawam items.
