No, it’s not a new HBO series; it’s one of England’s most scandalous marriages. Noted historian and University of North Georgia professor Johanna Luthman will divulge the secrets of English noblewoman Frances Coke Villiers, Viscountess Purbeck, for this portion of our Royal Wedding Series.
 
Dr. Luthman is the author of the recently published Love, Madness & Scandal: The Life of Frances Coke Villiers, Viscountess Purbeck, from Oxford University Press.
