Hula Hoop Fitness instructor Michelle Hamilton of Pachy Hoops
will be joining us to encourage elementary kids to get fit with hula!
Her class combines dance and exercise with hula hoops to make fitness fun!
Why should you hula?
It's a low impact, high cardio activity that works out the left and right sides
of the brain at once and is sure to bring smiles!
This class is for elementary aged children.
We will offer three 30 minute sessions.
