A Statewide Outreach Program
of the Georgia Museum of Art
For thousands of years, people from cultures around the world have created beautiful woven beadwork. Led by artist Toni Carlucci, this workshop for adults will teach you how to make your own work of art by weaving with beads. Once you start, you won't want to stop!

Instructor: Toni Carlucci

Toni Carlucci has a master’s degree in fiber arts from the University of Georgia. She has been
teaching art for more than 25 years, including as an artist in residence for the Georgia Council for the Arts and the South Carolina Arts Commission. Her residency class specialized in Peruvian, African and North American weaving. Her work has been in several group shows in Georgia, and she was awarded an individual artist grant from the Georgia Council for the Arts. She loves to draw and paint, especially wildlife and tame flowers.
