As we move into Fall and start to see nature transform around us, it strikes me how much the Library has changed over the last six months. From how we check out materials, to how we offer programs, to how we interact with you, nothing is the same as it was before.
But just as we change when the weather starts to turn, the Library adapts. We've moved checkouts to curbside. We've taken our programming on-line. We've even brought browsing outdoors.
Through these changes, the Library has continued our commitment to serving the town of Kingston. We have some great virtual programs lined up for the Fall.
- Our virtual Author Talk Series continues through December
- Leigh and Friends will stream a puppet show monthly, and
- We're collaborating with Kingston Recreation for a new program called RULR – Resource University through Library and Recreation.
Details for the programs are below.
As we move forward into uncertainty, I want you to know that the staff at the Library is dedicated to working through the changes and meeting the challenges we face to maintain the services that the residents of Kingston deserve.
We’ll continue to do our best with what we have to serve you.
